Any access or use of Rnow-inc.com constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions on your behalf. Acceptance means you will be bound to the terms in this agreement and any provisions made in the future. R.N.O.W., Inc. has the right to amend their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check back frequently for updates and changes.

You, the customer, agree to use our site and services completely at your own risk. There are no warranties given for any services rendered including but not limited to information, uninterrupted access or products provided. We disclaim any warranties concerning availability, accuracy, omissions, content of information, or suitable use of the product. We disclaim any liability applying to service; deletion, omission, interruption, communication or transmission failure, unauthorized access to information or record, inability to access the site, or computer virus pertaining to negligence, breach of contract, or any other form of action. You are explicitly not granted permission to use data gathering tools, link directly to individual site elements, or otherwise exploit this website in part or whole for commercial purposes. You are given permission to link to the home page of this website only, but you may not use the R.N.O.W., Inc. logo in that link without permission.

Your Account - It is your responsibility to keep your account login and password confidential. R.N.O.W., Inc. does not sell any products to children but rather to adults who can make purchases with a credit card. If you are under 18 years old, you may use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. R.N.O.W., Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, delete accounts, remove and/or edit content, and cancel orders at their discretion.

  4. Risk of Loss – When we pass your order on to the shipping carrier, you assume the risk of loss of that order.

  5. Product Descriptions - Our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that they are correct. If a product you receive is not as it was described on the site, then your only option is to return it in unused condition.

  6. Other Companies - R.N.O.W., Inc. does not assume any responsibility or liability for any third-party services offered through our website.

  7. Applicable Law - As it regards resolving any legal disputes, you agree that the laws of the state of Wisconsin govern these terms of use.

  8. Modification and Severability - R.N.O.W., Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms of use and our other policies at any time. If any of the terms of use stated herein are deemed to be invalid, that specific condition is deemed severable and does not affect the other conditions herein.

  9. Charged Extra for Shipping Later: In the checkout process, you, as the customer are not charged for the product shipping cost.  A RNOW Representative will contact you about your order and work out the details as far as the Shipping Details and Extra cost for shipping your products.  You authorize R.N.O.W. Inc. to charge you extra for shipping, after your initial order placement.

R.N.O.W., Inc. is not liable or responsible for the availability, usefulness, or accuracy of the content made available or transmitted to this site. The information has not been verified by an outside source or authenticated either wholly or partially by R.N.O.W., Inc. R.N.O.W., Inc.is not responsible or liable for any misfortune, hardships, or injury resulting from the use of this site.

R.N.O.W., Inc. is not liable for:

a) Products damaged by the shipping company
b) Packages delivered but not received by the customer

AVAILABILITY

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our online store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

You will be charged later for shipping the product(s) on your order.  The checkout process does not include the shipping cost.  A RNOW representative will contact you about your order and the additional shipping charge.

R.N.O.W., Inc. inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. R.N.O.W., Inc. uses UPS or Freight Shipping as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM R.N.O.W., Inc. WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. R.N.O.W., Inc. reserves the right to take up to seven business days to resolve its shipping matters with the Shipper. We are confident that when the above criteria is met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that R.N.O.W., Inc. ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however, we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM R.N.O.W., Inc. WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

Q. How long will it take to process my order?

Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email with an expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Q. How do you ship my order?

Our standard shipment method is UPS or Freight Shipping. We are sorry, but we do not ship to post office boxes.

Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact R.N.O.W., Inc. to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 414-541-5700 to contact a representative.

At R.N.O.W., Inc. we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning products.

If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.

All items that are ordered from R.N.O.W., Inc. can be returned within our guidelines and time frame.  We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs.

R.N.O.W., Inc. will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount, the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

R.N.O.W., Inc. goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Warranty

All R.N.O.W., Inc. products come backed by a 10-day limited warranty.

R.N.O.W., Inc. warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 10 days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.   Some items carry a longer manufacturer warranty and R.N.O.W., Inc will assist in processing these warranty requests.

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.

Privacy Policy

What Information Do We Collect?

R.N.O.W., Inc. is providing this privacy statement to insure its visitors our dedication to customer privacy. When you visit R.N.O.W., Inc. you can expect the following practices:

  • We do not acquire any personal information unless it is specifically volunteered to us
  • We do count the number of visitors but do not acquire their personal information.
  • The information volunteered to us is only used to process transactions with a secured third-party merchant

Website Security Methods and Fraud Prevention

All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the website such as credit card information.

Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by Rnow-inc.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via; MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10-day waiting period for the check to clear).  All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.

Currency in which transactions on Rnow-inc.com will be conducted is United States currency.
